Returns: We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your shipment. Item(s) must be in original condition. Item(s) must be sealed in original packaging. Original shipping charge is non-refundable Returns on orders which qualified for free shipping will have $3.49 deducted from refund to cover original shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Order Errors: If your order is missing an item, or you receive the wrong item please sontact Support@WaxPenSales.com. For wrong item received cases please submit of picture of the item received to Support@WaxPenSales.com. We will issue a return label for any mis-shipped item(s) and ship any missing item(s) once we verify the error. Please allow 24-48 hours for review. Warranty: Due to new federal regulation and amendments to the PACT Act that regulates the shipping of vaping products, we may no longer be able to offer full warranty service to all our customers. As of 3/25/2021 we may no longer be able to ship warranty replacements or accept exchanges. If you have issues with your device please contact us at support@waxpensales. Contact Support@WaxPenSales.com for troubleshooting assistance.  IMPORTANT NOTE: Do NOT ship any item containing residue to Wax Pen Sales. Shipping products with banned substances across state lines may result in criminal charges. We do not know what residue your product may conatin. If we recieve a product with an un-identifiable residue we will destroy the product. No refund, credit, or warranty will be provided for such items.
